About the App
Banana API is a lightweight client tool for testing Google’s Imagen and Nano Banana APIs directly from your iPhone. The app is designed for developers, marketers, and creatives who want a simple way to send prompts, preview cURL requests, and generate images using their own API key.
Requirements
- API Key: You must provide your own valid Google Cloud API key. Banana API does not include an API key or usage credits.
- Usage Costs: All charges are billed directly by Google Cloud based on your account usage. The app itself has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- Stable Internet Connection: A reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is required for generating images and previewing responses.
Troubleshooting
If you see errors when submitting a request, please verify:
- Your API key is valid and active in your Google Cloud console.
- You have not exceeded your quota or billing limits.
- Your device has a stable internet connection.
- If images are not generating, double-check your parameters, such as model, aspect ratio, and size.
- Logs are available inside the app to help you review requests and responses.
